Vietnam is mapping a master plan to govern practices on breeding farms by 2008, with the currently breeding farms reached to 17,721 farms with an increase of 10% compare to 2005.
Cargill has built an animal feed factory in central Vietnam, which expect to raise over 700,000 tons per year of cattle and poultry production.
The Agricultural Economic Restructuring Programme was launched to boost Ho Chi Minh City, which expect to achieve 6% growth in 2007, in compare with the total US$ 274.4 million of agro-forestry-fisheries value over 2005.
